We had a very pleasant rental experience with Enterprise. I have been a member of Enterprise RAC for more than eight years now and have always had a good experience with their services. Here's a few things about this instance: Pros: Easy booking Customer service made courtesy calls before and after car pickup I work for UPenn and they has a very good discount package for Enterprise The vehicle was very new and feature-packed Cons: The middle row seats in the car were not cleaned after last rental, they looked pretty bad at first, but it was not an impediment in our use. Tip: If you have a Visa or Mastercard, check your card benefits, you may have rental car collision damage waiver coverage through your card. You should also check with your own insurance (if you have any) to see what would be covered for a rental. Enterprise has very competitive rental rates by the insurance packages can add a lot of cost so do your research before picking up the vehicle.

Not a good experience at all here. We made a online booking, we came with a debit card instead of a credit, and employees just told us: sorry, we can't do anything for you and lie to us when we ask if other car rental take debit. Hopefully Alamo take debit. Thanks to them, not to people from entreprise "rent a car"
