Theresa is truly great RD. If you are looking for someone to teach you and truly learn how to eat as though it's not a "diet" but "lifestyle" change, she is your girl. Theresa, understands people who live in center city and enjoy trying the restaurants (like me) and she will teach you how to enjoy all these foods, while loosing weight and staying fit. She puts together a lifestyle plan that works BEST for you and only you! Theresa is always available to talk and encourages you along the way! If you are looking to still have a glass of wine; but loose those pounds, I HIGHLY suggest Theresa. As well, she makes plans that are easy, achievable and you can TRULY be honest with her with foods you can give lessen up with during the week and foods you need, she will be sure to incorporate them in your plan! Best part is, she will feel like your friend and buddy! I've seen results and been so pleased with my new eating habits! Thanks Theresa!
