The special was a great opportunity for me to get a cheaper storage unit (WITH ONE MONTH"S FREE RENT). I was on a serious budget and did my research before hand about the prices and even visited the store ahead of time to speak with Kevin, the first manager. He assured me that prices are as listed online and that if I didn't want to pay an extra $10 for the insurance, I didn't have to. When I went back to the site that following Sunday, Bob told me clear as day straight to my face that I could not get the unit unless I got the insurance. He told several lies to my face trying to justify his stance. So, I left out and called the corporate office. I was told that it was not required by the company that their customers purchase insurance. I went back inside and he was singing a different tune. Still tried to get me to purchase the insurance, but this time when I said I din't want it, he din't deny me service. Moral of the story, always get a second opinion. Other than that, this storage site is a 4 out of 5 hands down. Maybe even a 4.5.

I've been using safeguard storage since 2016 the price is a little high but they are at a convient location that's why I'm still using them until I find a cheaper storage company.
