I like the food but the workers are so negligent. Sometimes when I order for delivery they mark it as pickup anyways I even make sure to tell them to call when the pizza gets here and always say my address to deliver to every time so I know that they heard me when I said that it was for delivery. They just don't care. Sometimes I end up ordering and waiting an hour just to call and learn they marked it as pickup. My options and that point are to wait half an hour for a new pizza, or have them deliver my pizza that has been sitting out for an hour for full price. I have been a customer for over a year but I will not be ordering from Teddy's anymore.

I always order a fish sandwich with extra tartar from this place but this time the young lady said they would have to charge me for the extra tartar which was okay but because I asked her why since I've been ordering fish with the extra tartar all this time that no one ever said it was more money I guess she thought I was trying to be smart and when my food was done she went and put the final things that went on the sandwich I was wondering why the one man came from back there and looked at me then the other man came out and looked at me, It wasn't until I left and drove away then pulled over to eat that I realized that the extra tartar she put on my Sandwich felt like the whole jar then when I did get to the fish it was very hard I have never experienced anything like that before I work hard for my money and I come very far to get my fish sandwich or sometimes fish hoagie, Because of the Cashier if I can't see how you are making my food I'll keep my money in my pocket. PS At one point I know Teddys Pizza had the best Fish in Philadelphia didn't mine driving miles to get my food.
