PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A shooting has forced the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 at Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia to close, Pennsylvania State Police said Monday. UPDATE: Police activity on I-95 northbound at Mile Post: 20.5.
